Fast, Courteous, & Thorough Although we didn't purchase our RV from Giant Recreation World, I wish we had only because the service we received from where we did but it, Orlando R Although we didn't purchase our RV from Giant Recreation World, I wish we had only because the service we received from where we did but it, Orlando RV, was not nearly as good. We only took it to them once and had to argue with the service department there to get the simplest thing done. Once we found out that GRW would do our warranty work, we started taking it to them for service. They are local and as I wrote above, very courteous, get the job done fast and do a thorough job. We have, unfortunately had multiple problems with our unit and thank goodness GRW is there to help us out. I would recommend their service department to anyone and had they had the model travel trailer we were looking for, would have purchased it from them. More
I Wish I Had Come Here First I purchased a new class-A motor home back in March from another dealership. After 2 trips (180 miles round trip) to return the coach for warranty wo I purchased a new class-A motor home back in March from another dealership. After 2 trips (180 miles round trip) to return the coach for warranty work that wasn't done correctly on either trip, I asked the manufacturer if I could take it to a dealership that was closer. GRW was on the list of places they recommended. Instead of calling, I walked in to introduce myself to the service personnel and I felt comfortable enough to make the service appointment. On the day I was to drop off the coach, I called to say I was running late, and my service rep stayed a few minutes past closing to wait for me to arrive. All of the work was done to my satisfaction the first time. Two issues that we could not get the other dealership to address were reported to the manufacturer on our behalf and the changes were approved. I was called the same day the parts came in and an appointment was scheduled. More
Units are a dime a dozen but service rules I made the mistake of purchasing my MH from General RV. While the sales process was solid, the after sales service was an experience I do not want to relive. Thankfully Giant, which is very close to my home is now a Monaco/HR dealer. My first experience with Chip Bouher (SERVICE ADVISOR) was a suprise. I say this becuase while Giant picked up my brand, I figured the only headache I would avoid was the 1.5 hour ride to General. Not the case: I called Chip on the phone and asked about a control board that was failing. It is a PITA to bring a MH in for every hicup so I asked if I could bring the faulty board in and have him order it. He agreed. When I arrived with the board, he suggested he would saulder the loose connection and get me back on the road until such time the warranty process had taken course. I agreed to let him try. He fixed it! And I used the coach (2) times with this repaired board as the warranty parts situation is a nightmare beyond a dealers control. The board arrived and I traded it with Chip and all is well. Since then, I have committed my business Giant and when the day comes to upgrade I will not think twice about where I go to make this large purchase. In closing, everyone we have interacted with at Giant has been great. From Elizabeth in Parts to Matt turning wrenches. As everyone who ownes one of these pigs knows, "it is always somehting" I am happy knowing I have Chip and Giant as my supplier and recommend that if anyone has had poor experiences with service, give Chip a call. More

Great Service and professionalism Had issue with my roof, Tim and Chip worked with insurance company to get covered. After I picked it up had an issue with Tounge Jack took it back to Had issue with my roof, Tim and Chip worked with insurance company to get covered. After I picked it up had an issue with Tounge Jack took it back to them and Chip was able to get my jack replaced while I waited. These two are very engaged and really know what customer service is about. More

We had Giant Recreation World make repairs to our RV several times and have never had an issue. The staff is great to work with and have handled warranty repairs and coordination with Jayco who is not currently sold there. We have had body work as well as multiple service work done and it has always been done without an issue. Due to the service we have cancelled warranty coverage and extended warranties with all other companies and have switched al of our policies to this dealership. Chip Bouher, Tim Burton, Ricky Stiles and Bill Wisniewski have all assisted us and have been a pure joy to work with. We have recommended Giant Recreation World to many RV'ers and will continue to do so. I wish I knew the name of the lady in the showroom store as she has been a tremendous help to us on several occasions as well. We actually look forward to stopping in and seeing their personnel. Our thanks to all of them. More

Chip dealt with the insurance companies and handled the deals in a timely manner. The first accident was several years ago the RV looked great was delivered on time. think I remember a few things not up to par but chip had them handled immediately and had us on our way.The second accident just a few months ago was also handled in a timely manner, took it home and went on a short trip and found an issue which was dealt with in short order at no extra charge. Which the mgr approved. During this time we also had the company put in a new AC for us, so the knowledge and professionalism of Mr Bouher earned our business on repairs over and above what was caused by the accidents. Great experience with the company and employees especially Chip. PS and the donuts are good too!! PSS one suggestion we had a solar panel replaced on the roof, when we got home and went on to roof there were many greasy footprints on the just painted and cleaned roof. Could i suggest taking off shoes or use of booties or socks. More

When I picked up unit it was easy pay and wait for crew to wheel out my unit. It wasn't done there I forgot to get my keys to the unit before I left but chip called me into my trip home and let me know he had my keys, luckily I have a spare set and he did not even hesitate and told me he could mail them to me to save me a u-turn, so I said that would be great. The keys were fed exed to my home the next day. Wow what service without blinking an eye. Chip you are an asset to GRW keep up the great service. This was not the first time Chip has gone above and beyond he has been great in the past with insurance work. Thanks!!!!! More
