Here is the BBB review and Google review response I already posted. Investigating your situation was very difficult but I finally figured out who you folks are. I also instituted our service team to reach out to you and formulate a game plan and I am happy I did. You purchased your unit from our Giant Recreation World of Ormond Beach location under your company name. That was the first issue I ran into. After finding out your info, I didn't show a single work order created since your initial purchase work order where we got the unit ready and delivered it to you. When we referred you to a mobile RV Repair guy you thought that person was affiliated with us. That is not the case. You were informed that we do not perform in park RV repair service, had you initial and sign a form to that effect but still there is frustration. My understanding is that you came in and had a face to face with our Service Manager there. Things were explained and we are going to help the mobile repair service with the paperwork so your roof air conditioner can get replaced, etc. as well as create and submit warranty claims for them as a sublet so they can finish the job. Sorry for the frustration, really. CEO Larry.

This is not true. I called many times to resolve this issue. Many times. We got the run around, left messages and getting a call back near impossible. I called when the repair service was not taking care of it and still didn't get help. I did not receive help until I left the review. That is not customer service. I did have issue before the the rvs left the lot and immediately following. I could attach those photos if you like? We ended up having to switch rvs on pick up day because the one we paid for was a mess. Lesson learned. Hopefully this gets resolved but at this point I am not convinced.

I will certainly look into the issues with not getting return phone calls, do you remember who in service you left messages with? Also, I am probably not the right person to continue this conversation with. You are in contact with Chris Veninga currently who is the service manager there at Giant Recreation World of Ormond Beach. His boss is my brother Joe McNamara if you are not being taken care of. Both those guys would be way better at maintaining the proper timeline, etc. as I don't handle the day-to-day operations of the service department. It is very unfortunate that you have encountered a problems so quick out of the gate. I know that our WG Service Department there at Giant Recreation World of Winter Garden has been keeping you in the loop with the repairs, etc. and that it was supposed to be very close to completion late last week. The Manufacturer informed us that they had a problem with this floorplan where the slide out facia was cut too long causing the slide room to bind which is what happened to your unit. Parts have been challenging to receive to say the least and we have been working diligently to get all parts needed in a timely manner. Please accept my apologies and know that we are committed to providing good customer service to you even if you have already secured legal council. Know that if you want the deal to be cancelled that it would require the Manufacturer to take over. All we as the dealer can do is to repair your coach per the Manufacturers authorization. The unit has been titled in your name, etc. and there is no way for us to turn back the clock and undo that. I hope to hear soon that your coach has been repaired so that you may use it once again.
