Don’t fall for the lifetime warranty! !! We bought the RV back in September 2021. 2 weeks after, our awning LEDs went out,generator will not stay running and the shower is leaking. Called !! We bought the RV back in September 2021. 2 weeks after, our awning LEDs went out,generator will not stay running and the shower is leaking. Called to have the issue looked at and was advised that none of the issues are covered under the warranty. So I asked about the USA extended warranty that we purchased and was also advised that the LEDs and shower are not covered but the generator might be depending on the issue. But I’d have to pay $100 for them to look at it first. I strongly advise you to stay away from this dealership. More

Very responsive with his personal cell - oh yes I did text him around 10pm and he replied in 5 minutes with PATIENCE and deep knowledge with the RV industry! Deal closing was also easy - extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and open minded at the same time. Treated me like a VIP. Scott strikes the perfect balance between being professional and being personable and represents the dealership really well. In true honesty I think his presence elevates the dealership as a whole and helps make a hugely positive impression at least for me. And did I tell you he asked his uncle to pick me up from the airport with his fancy Escalade!?
