Excellant Service Department Work for Warrenty I would like to totally compliment the service department for fixing warranty work on a new RV Slider that was malfunctioning. I bought the REV Holid I would like to totally compliment the service department for fixing warranty work on a new RV Slider that was malfunctioning. I bought the REV Holiday Rambler Vacationer at Giant Recreation World of Palm Bay May 30, 2019. We tried to start a trip on June 7, but the passenger slide would not retract. The Palm Bay helped us to do an emergency retraction, but was not available to repair it. Joe called Brad at Ormond Beach and they could look at it see if they could fix the problem. Since it was on our way north for our trip, this would work out good. They took us in, evaluated the problem, and determined it was the controller to the slide. This was on a Friday and Birdie (I think that is Kevin) worked hard, but just could not get the controller to reset itself. He talked to the controller company and ordered one to be shipped. The part came in and was scheduled for work on June 17. They got me in as they said and Chris worked 3 hours to put the new controller in and try to reset it. They had received a bad and no luck to reset the unit. Through great ingenuity, careful consideration for our plans, and an alternate solution, they fixed the controller and repaired the unit. He went thru an exhaustive process to determine the controller was the problem. My compliments on his expertise and thinking outside the box for a solution. The gentlemen (both days) that worked out the problem with excellent results did not get upset, but instead exhibited patience for a job well done. I am very pleased with the work and expertise that they exhibited. Kudo's to Chris, Birdie and Brad for a job well done to get myself and my wife on the road for our summer vacation. All to be congratulated, including the support staff that helped in any was. I will be pleased to return for other work as needed. More

We tried 2 different mobile RV repair services who made promises that they didn't keep. We wasted several weeks dealing with these people and finally brought our RV to Giant Recreation World of Ormond Beach. Kevin under promised and over delivered. He had our part shipped overnight for less than expected and worked extra hard to get our warranty approved so we could get back on the road. Just great customer service and we are truly grateful! Thanks to Tracy as well for helping me hook up my car to tow! I highly recommend this service department. More
