Unsatisfactory I took my fifth wheel in for some repairs due to a leak that was apparently a recognized problem. After the repairs were completed and I took possession of the coach, I discovered a large rip in the bottom of the mattress in the master bedroom as well as a rip in the back of a recliner in the main sitting area. I notified the service department and emailed pictures of the damages but to date have heard nothing back from the service department. More

Quality of work? Every time we use our NEW FR3 we have multiple problems. We take it in for repairs that are not done! Great sales department Jerry was are salesman and all I need to say is awesome. He let us look without being all over us. We have an issue with the prep of our camper. Quotes don’t matter I was given a quote over the phone for service then charged something entirely different, it was blamed on new trainee. Also salesman obviously wasn’t interested in me trading in for a new one, said he would give me a trade in value while it was there for service but never did. In the end wasn’t very happy this time.
