Unethical Business Practices! I specifically asked Mason, the financial person, if the credit inquiry would be a soft hit as I would not agree to a hard inquiry that would affect my score. He said it was only a soft inquiry and that if we needed to find financing we would do the hard inquiry for banks next. Later Wes came in with a multiple page report that he proceeded to go through in a condescending manner- as if the information there was factual- that I had never seen before. When I questioned if he had run a hard report, he said he had and alleged that I had authorized it, even though I had not filled out a credit application- merely a one half page in house questionnaire asking address and income source. When I continued to remind him that Mason had assured me that it would only be a soft inquiry he sent Mason back in and I told Mason that I had not authorized a hard inquiry and he assured me that it was in-house only and would only stay on my record there for 90 days. Then he wanted to know what I want to do about the coach which I had not even test driven and I told him that I was leaving the dealership. Before I left the dealership I receive notification from my credit monitoring bureau that I had a hard hit on my credit. More

Everything was dirty and not inspected !!! On delivery a lot of equipment is broken ... slides out, dishwashers, refrigerator, hydraulic oil leak ect. With the help and a Pep Talk from sales manager Marty and the expertise of business manager Wes, they were able to put together a deal that even my wife is happy with. We are scheduled to take delivery of our new Freedom Express TT sometime next and assuming the inspection and delivery go as well as the sales process we will be happy campers and return to GRW for future RV needs. Stay away. Biggest bunch of lying scammers. There policy is to not return deposits. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger camper and found one but after I put down my$500 deposit there monthly payment was way to is to not return deposits.
