I had been searching for a newer RX hybrid for several months when one became available at Germain Lexus. I found the vehicle online and called to inquire. They also were willing to pay considerably more for my trade-in RX than other dealerships I visited. Although the dealership was more than 200 miles from my home, I traveled to Easton to make the purchase. Upon arrival, Preston, Ted (the preowned Lexus general manager), and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the transaction went quickly and smoothly. In fact, after arriving we learned that the RX we brought to trade had incurred significant damage in an accident with the previous owner. I am confident that any other dealership would have lowered the trade-in offer upon learning this, but they did not. I would absolutely make the drive to do business with this exceptional dealership again. More

The previous Saturday I was looking at LS 400's on the internet and saw this car that appeared to be to good to be true. My wife and I have owned a 1999 LS 400 for a little over 8 years now and it has been by far the best car we have ever owned.We were in the market for a 2008 LS460 but had just recently decided if we could locate a 1999 LS400 with low miles we might opt to save some money. The car we purchased from Germain Lexus is a gold 1999 LS400 with 25,309 miles. This is crazy. I thought the miles might be a printing error. It was the real deal. I ask the salesman Mr. Caleb Rich to be my eyes and call me from his cell phone and tell me every blemish the car had. He took his time and looked at every inch of the car and provided an honest assessment. We purchased the car over the phone on that Saturday and flew to Columbus OH. the following Thursday to sign the papers, pick the car up and drive it back to Clover South Carolina. Mr. Caleb Rich met us at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Caleb and others at the dealership were very friendly and profesional. It was a great car buying experience. The Highlander was my 10th vehicle and 4th Toyota. My experience with the 4 Toyotas has been excellent so I was quit serious about a Prius 4 or 5 even though it is a newer technology. I decided to give the Lexus Hybrids a look before making a decision. From the moment I first walked into Lexus of Easton and was introduced to Bryan Jordan in new car sales I knew it was going to be a different experience than the previous 10 new car purchases. And oh was it! After a test drive I read most of the owners manual on the Lexus website and was convinced an HS250h was for me. So I did my homework and knew what I was willing to pay if they had the vehicle in the right color and options. Bryan did not have one in inventory and to my pleasant surprise never attempted to sell me something else from their inventory. Instead he found my vehicle of choice at a Virginia Lexus dealer and had it transported to Columbus within a couple of days. Bryan and I quickly came to an agreement. I got the price I thought was fair and he made a little profit which is okay by me. As for service after the sale, if it is as good as my experience so far with Germain Lexus I will be a Lexus owner from this day forward. More
