We stopped at Lexus of Easton to check out a car that was listed on their website. Erika met us outside and said that the original car had been sold but would we like to look at another one. She walked us through the entire car and what everything did and how to operate it. We decided to wait on that car and kept looking. Erika continuously stayed in contact with us the entire time. She let us know that they had a car coming in that was the exact car we wanted. After looking at 3 other vehicles at other dealerships (with far inferior customer service), we decided to put a down payment on the car that was coming in. We were so impressed with Erika and trusted her so much that we bought the car without having seen it. She has continued to stay in touch and make sure we are completely happy. The only negative is that she would not budge on the price at all, which was at the top of our price range. Other than that, she was fantastic!! More

Preston gave me prompt, complete information about the car, and although it had fewer miles and more features than the other RXs I had found, Germain offered it at a lower price. They also were willing to pay considerably more for my trade-in RX than other dealerships I visited. Although the dealership was more than 200 miles from my home, I traveled to Easton to make the purchase. Upon arrival, Preston, Ted (the preowned Lexus general manager), and the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the transaction went quickly and smoothly. In fact, after arriving we learned that the RX we brought to trade had incurred significant damage in an accident with the previous owner. I am confident that any other dealership would have lowered the trade-in offer upon learning this, but they did not. I would absolutely make the drive to do business with this exceptional dealership again. More

The previous Saturday I was looking at LS 400's on the internet and saw this car that appeared to be to good to be true. My wife and I have owned a 1999 LS 400 for a little over 8 years now and it has been by far the best car we have ever owned.We were in the market for a 2008 LS460 but had just recently decided if we could locate a 1999 LS400 with low miles we might opt to save some money. The car we purchased from Germain Lexus is a gold 1999 LS400 with 25,309 miles. This is crazy. I thought the miles might be a printing error. It was the real deal. I ask the salesman Mr. Caleb Rich to be my eyes and call me from his cell phone and tell me every blemish the car had. He took his time and looked at every inch of the car and provided an honest assessment. We purchased the car over the phone on that Saturday and flew to Columbus OH. the following Thursday to sign the papers, pick the car up and drive it back to Clover South Carolina. Mr. Caleb Rich met us at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Caleb and others at the dealership were very friendly and profesional. It was a great car buying experience. The car is almost identicle to the one we have owned for 8 years that now has 237,000 miles on it and runs better than some new cars. Steve and Cathy Ferrell More

He made sure I understood how to use all the features and that all details were in place (floor mats, removing a smudge of dirt, etc) so there would be no surprises.
