I have visited many of the dealerships in the area, and most of them are the same, but Surprise Honda was different. Jeff Pordes was not your typical salesman, he was pleasant and was not pushy at all. He provided me the information that I needed, and did not try to sell me something that I didn't want. When I needed to go home and make a decision on my purchase, Surprise Honda did not play the typical games to keep me there. Ultimately, that is the reason I came back and purchased from them. More

Gave away private information We bought a car from Surprise Honda. A month later we receive a letter from Allstate Insurance regarding our application. We did not apply for insuran We bought a car from Surprise Honda. A month later we receive a letter from Allstate Insurance regarding our application. We did not apply for insurance from Allstate. Called the dealer and learned that the owner owns an Allstate office which is located in dealership and manned by dealership employees. So Surprise Honda has zero problem giving away our private information such as address, income and social security numbers. What other companies does this guy own that he will give our information to? Safe guard your credit and skip this dealership More

NO HARD SELLS GREAT WAITING AREA! I had to go to Surprise Honda because my 16 year old CRV's after market alarm system was randomly engaging. David from the service department agreed I had to go to Surprise Honda because my 16 year old CRV's after market alarm system was randomly engaging. David from the service department agreed with me the best (and cheapest) thing to do was to simply disable it. He quoted me a half hour of labor for the job. The job took slightly longer because of the way it is integrated. There was no addition charge. When he reviewed what the mechanics found wrong on my CRV and noted I had some liquids leaking slightly he did NOT try to up-sell repairs (It's 16 years old!) Another dealer after an oil change six months ago tried to talk me into $9000 in repairs. The facility was brand new and very nice inside since they just opened. I will be coming back here for servicing on all my Hondas and to buy my next Honda. (It IS 16 years old!) More
