Friendly and prompt service wash the car and it looked great when I picked it up

Was happy with the dealership. They went out of their way to find a car for me that I wanted. No one was pushy to me. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional. I checked the background online of Germain auto dealerships and that was one of the reasons I went to Germain Honda of Surprise. They have been around for a long time and they are family owned. The sales manager that worked with Logan was five star as well. I hope that Logan will continue to learn and grow with Germain. I hope I will be satisfied with their service department when I bring my new Honda in for its first service.

All of the employees were friendly and attentive. Brett was helpful and made sure to answer all of our questions.

Very nice dealership. I was greeted promptly by Kevin, he kept me informed and vehicle was ready earlier than expected.
