Service adviser, Al Bustamonte, is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional. What I didn’t like was the attempt at an upsale (not from Al) saying that my water pump should be changed at 60,000 m knowledgeable and professional. What I didn’t like was the attempt at an upsale (not from Al) saying that my water pump should be changed at 60,000 miles according to Honda due to severe driving, which I don’t normally do. I have NEVER had a water pump have a change out date or mileage amount. I did recently change out my 40 year old water pump on my El Camino at 85,000 miles. I usually only go to Al because of his attention to the customer. More
