This dealership does not respect other people's time or commitments. Watch out and know that even if you have a time scheduled with them to view a car they will NOT honor that. Severely Disappointed I went into Surprise Honda with cash to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman exactly what I needed (AWD, Leather seats, Dark interior) and had I went into Surprise Honda with cash to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman exactly what I needed (AWD, Leather seats, Dark interior) and had already done my research. They only had 2 vehicles on the lot that met my criteria. I test drove a vehicle, left because they were playing the numbers game, and came back when the salesman called me with a number that I was willing to pay. When I came back, they made me fill out loan paperwork, even though I offered to come back the next day with a cashier's check. Then, when I got home, I discovered that they sold me a 2WD instead of the AWD! I called to allow the GM the opportunity to fix his salesman's error and he told me that the salesman "could not recall what I asked for". When I told him that if he could not help me I would have to figure something else out, he hung up the phone on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE! There are too many other reputable Honda Dealerships in the valley. More
