Brand new to the area and to this Honda dealership. Made an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained an appointment for Tuesday, February 2nd, for an oil and filter change. My service tech, Larry Orris, was very cordial, knowledgeable and explained to me everything in detail as test showed that there were a couple of items besides the oil and filter change that needed to be addressed. These items were taken care of in a timely manner. I had a good experience and will return again when needed. Very pleased with this dealership and its staff. More

The sales manager Jason is a dishonest person. I was ready to buy in cash for the advertised internet price $15.9. But after writing me an offer that I directly and quickly showed him was nothing better ready to buy in cash for the advertised internet price $15.9. But after writing me an offer that I directly and quickly showed him was nothing better than the buy online option/Manager’s Special on your store website (highlighting the fact that his written offer included a $2k trade for my car...meaning he’s really not offering anything for my car). He basically fudged the numbers to make it look like he was offering a trade value when he really was just matching the manager’s special. I had seen the the ad, even told Troy about it, that’s why I came in that day. An honest sales manager would just say he doesn’t want to take in the trade and we can move on to discuss making a cash deal and I can sell my car on my own (btw, he was so wrong about my car, I just sold my car for $5k in only 1 day). Yet he now writes that he didn’t want my trade (another lie, see his written offer) on my google review of Surprise Honda. I work on Luke, I see the banners for Surprise Honda sponsoring and offering great service to military folks, so I was really surprised that Jason is exactly the opposite. Then responding to my review with more lies about foul language and me drafting my own offers on your website or saying I was making demands is ridiculous. His dishonesty and lies has only prompted me to further pass on my experience with others. I have the pictures so everyone can see the proof. I have no reason to lie, I’ve already walked away. His lack of integrity and level of class is further ensuring my recommendation and reviews helps others stay away. More
