First visit to Service Dept. Mike H very helpful & pleasant. Facility is beautiful. Nice, large waiting area with plenty of seats & charge plugs. Great Starbucks coffee. Local newspaper to read. I needed my first oil change after buying my Odyssey, set an appointment online and was able to get a 3 or 4 pm appt same day. I chose the 4 pm and said I would wait at the dealership while service was bein an appointment online and was able to get a 3 or 4 pm appt same day. I chose the 4 pm and said I would wait at the dealership while service was being done. The website wasn't clear that the 4 pm was meant for overnight stay, but they mercifully squeezed me in. More
