I made an appointment from your website! That was on a Thursday for Monday! I went in but they had no record! So I rescheduled an appointment for Wednesday. I brought my Honda in was met out That was on a Thursday for Monday! I went in but they had no record! So I rescheduled an appointment for Wednesday. I brought my Honda in was met outside by a service writer. He was very personable! I asked for a ride home since it would take 4 hours. He ordered a Lyft for me! My car was in for recall repair! It was done in 3 hours! Excellent customer service but problem with their appointment booking on their app! I still gave a 5 stars for how I was treated and customer service! Well done! Great experience!! More
