We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We are always trying to improve and your review, while unfortunate, will help us prevent this from happening again. Unfortunately we do not add any accessories until the vehicle is paid for, so we should have done a better job of explaining instead of over promising. As far as the plate refund, that amount comes from the State of Arizona and is prorated for the amount of time you have had the current vehicle registered. It will always be less then what you paid and we have no control over the amount. We apologize for any confusion and wish you all the best going forward. Yes I understand that the amount is prorated. Your finance person had me sign a piece of paper that said I was getting more as the salesperson had figured it out wrong. I have a witness that was sitting there. I had just paid it so I should have gotten the amount minus the refund fee.I spoke to motor vehicle department myself. Your dealership added fees for processing. The check has been sitting there since Jan. 16th and needs another signature. Why don't you go sign in so I can have my refund. I was misinformed and lied to through the whole process of buying the car.
