Don't buy a new car from them I purchased a new Honda CRV and I was not happy with the experience. I was dealing with a person on the internet and agreed to come in and look at the I purchased a new Honda CRV and I was not happy with the experience. I was dealing with a person on the internet and agreed to come in and look at the car. I arrived and was shoved off to a new salesperson who did not know anything. He had to keep asking for help from another salesperson. I kept telling them I was not buying the car that day and would be back two days later. They took the keys to the car I was trading in and I had to ask them for them back as they were going to take it when I had told them from the beginning that I was not buying the car that day. I was told by the salesperson that the crossbars would be on the car when I came back to get it two days later. When I arrived with the check to pick up the car the crossbars were not on it. I had to wait two hours for them to put them on. I dealt with the finance manager and was told I would be receiving money back for the car registration that I had just paid on the old car. It has been almost a month and I just spoke to the finance person and the check is for a lesser amount than the amount I was told and less than the amount I paid for the car registration on the old car. I had to bring the car back 2 days later as it was never detailed before I picked it up. The windows had spots that had been baked on to them and had to be acid washed off. I will never buy another car from them. More

I bought the extended warranty on it since it had quite a few miles on it. After getting it gone I realize the sync does t work on it and the air isn’t working right, I take it in they insist nothing is wrong with it and I am not a mechanic do according to them I do not know what I am talking about. Still my air isn’t working right and when you turn it off it still runs😡 but of course I know nothing. Them my air pressure light keeps coming on for my tires I take my truck to the tire store and tire guy said these tires are really old, I told him I just got this truck and he was like wow they sold it to you with tires this old and worn, they should have really should have replaced these tires before selling you this truck. I called the dealership and talked to Ivan as he explained the service sept does a thread check ( same service dept that tells me nothing is wrong with my air) he stated it’s not his fault if I didn’t check the tires before before I drove the truck away. My frustration level is beyond words. I am a single mom and depend on my vehicle for everything, I was so excited to buy a used vehicle there thinking it was hassle free and more reliable than anywhere else. I feel so let down and disappointed with the whole thing. As a single parent this was one extra expense I did not intend on or count on, and so so disappointed in how this dealership has handled things. Buyer beware of used vehicles here at surprise Honda! Did a chat on Sun. Two days later no call back. I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so i I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so it should be under warranty. I was trying to find out the pro-rate charge. I was told by the chat woman that she would have service call me. As of late afternoon Tues. no one had called me back. I called Tues. afternoon to check on why I hadn't received a call back and was put through to the service line only to be on hold and to leave a message. Terrible customer service!! Don't go here. What's so sad is that when they first opened, and the only time I had been there, they were very nice and courteous and even had donuts and coffee out. That will not be bringing me back. I might just go for the donuts and coffee if in the area and skip the service dept. More
