We apologize that we were unable to meet your pricing expectations and apologize for your experience. At the time of your visit, you were working with one of our new team members, who is still on a learning curve. Unfortunately, the cost of the HPD package was either missed or not communicated during the initial negotiation. Luckily, the discrepancy was caught before you signed any official paperwork with our business office. We did offer to switch you to another vehicle that did not have this package already installed or to finance the vehicle through us. You decided that neither of the options we offered was satisfactory and declined to proceed with the deal. We do apologize that this discrepancy wasn’t discovered sooner or that there was ever a discrepancy at all.
