I came in to have an oil change and a recall item to be fixed. My service rep didn’t know if the parts were available for the recall item so I asked him to please let me know as that would determine how lo fixed. My service rep didn’t know if the parts were available for the recall item so I asked him to please let me know as that would determine how long I would be there. He said he would. I sat down and waited. An hour later I got up to see if both items were to be done. He and three other men were in an office. It was a glass office. I stood outside the office to wait until someone saw that I needed help. No one came out. I notice my car keys on the counter and my car ready to go so I knocked on the glass and finally got someone’s attention. My service rep apologized saying he was in a meeting. I asked him if my car was going to get the recall item fixed and he said no. I asked him why he didn’t notify me. He had no reason. I then asked if my car was ready and it was. How much extra time did I wait I don’t know. Clearly I wasn’t a priority. I was not happy. More

Though we did not wind up buying, John was the only reason we considered the CRV so closely. It was a pleasure working with him. If we buy another vehicle, we would come to see John first. More

From Finance to Service Department, I was thoroughly satisfied. Special shout-out to Al Bustamante in Service Dept., who I have dealt with concerning past leased Hondas.
