Matt did an excellent job keeping me informed through the process of servicing my van. I don’t know the master mechanic’s name but I was very impressed with his expertise and going above and beyond to repla process of servicing my van. Robert Solis was professional, courteous and easy to talk to.. However, there is a disconnect between the technicians, service advisor and Carfax since service that was done during the prior week was recomme to.. However, there is a disconnect between the technicians, service advisor and Carfax since service that was done during the prior week was recommended. That work was apparent on the Carfax report. My wife would have followed the recommendation not knowing that I had it previously done. It is imperative that an honest review be conducted before recommending . I have no assurance that Germain technicians would not have duplicated the work. The service took a lot longer than expected but I'd rather have it done correctly than risking a hurried repair. Fortunately it was covered by a Service advisory. More
