Did a chat on Sun. Two days later no call back. I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so i I was stuck at the house due to a dead battery. Had to get a jump start. I had purchased a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 4 years old, so it should be under warranty. I was trying to find out the pro-rate charge. I was told by the chat woman that she would have service call me. As of late afternoon Tues. no one had called me back. I called Tues. afternoon to check on why I hadn't received a call back and was put through to the service line only to be on hold and to leave a message. Terrible customer service!! Don't go here. What's so sad is that when they first opened, and the only time I had been there, they were very nice and courteous and even had donuts and coffee out. That will not be bringing me back. I might just go for the donuts and coffee if in the area and skip the service dept. More

Terrible, disrespectful & embarrassing. This is the worst Honda dealership in AZ. The people here are nothing but disrespectful and the opposite of customer service. In short, I came to fina This is the worst Honda dealership in AZ. The people here are nothing but disrespectful and the opposite of customer service. In short, I came to finance a car, we agreed on a contract etc.. I then drove off the lot that same day, mind you this was 3 weeks ago. Now today I was told to come in because apparently my loan wasn’t accepted so they found a new lender on ‘different terms.’ Now they’re asking for $1150 extra down payment, not what we had agreed to, but they managed to lower the monthly payments, the thing is, that is NOT what we agreed on, and when I denied the offer, on the spot I was told to return the vehicle. This is beyond embarrassing, but disrespectful to the fullest extent. They aren’t even giving me my xxxx $500 down that I put down, so now I’m returning this vehicle and not even getting my back until tomorrow which is preposterous. DO NOT COME HERE. These people will not work with you. More

I went in with my own financning secured, but they found me a better rate, saving me $1400 over the term of the loan. More

As soon as I alerted him of his disrespectful attitude, he then said a smart comment about my service in the military. I will be filing a formal complaint. The worst part is that another one of his co workers brought to my attention that he had only been working there for a few weeks. This incident happened on may 27th 2018. Worst experience ever!!!! I ended up making a deal with Arrowhead Honda later that night! More
