Hello Holly, This is a very interesting portrayal of events. You purchased on New Year's day. You came in previously and tried to purchase and we could not meet your pricing demands. You left and we stayed in contact and we came to an agreement on price. You drove the vehicle and inspected the vehicle with the sales person. All the paperwork that you signed stated it was a 2wd. The laminated window sticker that we gave to you states it was a 2wd. You did not drive home and call us. You called us 8-9 days later from Virginia saying we made a mistake. We had contacted you several days before and you stated all was fine and you appreciated the service we provided. If you had not been in Virginia we would have taken our vehicle back and sold you the AWD instead. You demanded a higher price AWD unit for the same price--- That is certainly not fair and we still had the problem of you being in Virginia. Please be honest.

We are disappointed to hear about your less than satisfying experience here, and we apologize. Unfortunately, the vehicles are first come, first served. We are sorry to hear that you drove so far, but that is not bait and switch. The car was sold to another customer and we do not hold vehicles. If it is available we will sell it. We also advertise with third party vendors and it takes a couple days for them to update the sold units, especially over the weekends.
