Ask for Quinton Carlson!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, h experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outback's picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, he realized that they were actually on the other Gerald Subaru lot. I explained that I needed to see all 3 cars in person to really be able to make the decision, and though I wanted to work with Quinton, I had to do that I needed to do and I was going to go to the other lot. Instead of just letting me go, Quinton went out of his way to ask a manager for permission and drove 25 minutes to to the other lot, show me the cars, and then drove back 25 minutes with the vehicle I liked the most. Keep in mind, I could have very well not bought a car, so he went out of his way to spend time going back and forth to another dealership so I could still work with Naperville (where I wanted to buy a car originally) instead of using his time to get the next customer who walked in! He then was very patient with me when after test driving I explained I didn't want to come in to buy a car until the next day so I could have a night to sleep on the decision. He helped me bring the price down and was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Quinton Carlson at Subaru Naperville 100 times over!
