Great experience! I went to this dealership as they have a larger inventory that the dealership by my house. Jim Webb was our salesperson. He was great to work with, patient as I wasn't sure which Outback model I wanted. I had some questions after I had the vehicle for a few days and he was quick to respond and even took a video to show me how to make some of the changes I was asking about, which was much easier to understand than over email! Everything was in order until the end.....the final closing took forever, but it was not the fault of the Gerald people (they had a person who could not sign on the dotted line and took forever). But here's the issue...they should have gotten management in there to take care of the other guy or me. I was there for three hours, which technically should have been an hour or so process. Therefore, I was late to my other appointment. I'm still happy with the purchase and dealer and will recommend them. More
