Commitment towards customer satisfaction! I recently purchased the used Subaru Outback from this dealership and Leo was amazing in helping right from my first visit to the dealership. First I was not in a market for Subaru but the way the car was presented impressed me. He was able to answer my question about why Subaru?. I was driving the and car soon after purchase I realized there was something wrong about the power steering in my car, I called Leo and he helped me out with the service for the first time and parts were taken care of. However I kept on driving the car and felt like there is still an issue with power steering, I kept on following up with Leo , he took care for me again with the service and he took care of the parts that need to be replaced. I am pretty impressed with the commitment. I am driving this car after the recent service and quite sure Leo will help and take in future as well. I will give five star for the commitment. More
