Knowledgeable and friendly I have stopped by a few dealerships looking to get a used car for a few years until now. When I tried car searches like true car car gurus etc I came across some very good deals. Upon looking into these deals I narrowed my search and since then I knew what I wanted to drive and what I wanted to spend. However, the dealerships that I had visited weren't always easy to work with. I felt humbled and even deceived in my experience which were not favorable for myself nor for my wife. When I came to Gerald Subaru in Naperville I was met with a warm greeting from a young salesman, Maury, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. After spending time talking and learning about what my options there were I was met with the decision to purchase a Subaru with them. Of course it wasn't an on the spot decision because this would be my biggest purchase yet an I wanted to be sure and secure. After almost a month I purchased my Crosstrek from them and it is a beauty. Kudos to them for the right professionalism that other dealerships were lacking! More

He was far more helpful than the salesperson I ended up using. I had to purchase another vehicle manufacturer unfortunately due to my trade in value but needless to say when I'm ready to purchase my WRX Jeff will be the first person I call!! More

He took the time to explain all about Gerald’s warranty, which is very reassuring when purchasing a used car.
