No Fuss Russ is true to his motto! Gerald is our Subaru dealer by choice. I purchased my Legacy in 2011 and when it was time to trade in the Lexus 350RX, I persuaded my husband to take Gerald is our Subaru dealer by choice. I purchased my Legacy in 2011 and when it was time to trade in the Lexus 350RX, I persuaded my husband to take a look at the Outback and Ascent. Both were great cars, but we chose the Outback. There are so many bells and whistles on it and my husband is enjoying searching them all out. We're looking forward to a couple of road trips this year and I'm sure our new Outback Touring will take us there in comfort. The dealership was a smooth operation and "No Fuss Russ" is highly recommended. He took the time for us to sort through all the questions and test drives.
