2019 Forester - An Awesome Buying Experience at GeraldSubaru 27 Hours from seeing Jesse Bush for the first time, I owned by Subaru Forester! I decided to look for a Forester early this month of May 2019 and s 27 Hours from seeing Jesse Bush for the first time, I owned by Subaru Forester! I decided to look for a Forester early this month of May 2019 and shared an internet query at GeralSubaru Website. I got a prompt call from Marie, seeking information on when to schedule an appointment. For the next few days Marie followed up with me in an extremely professional manner. Got my appointment finalized at 6 PM... I along with a friend of mine got into the Gerald Subaru Naperville on 15th May 2019. We were greeted by Mr. Jesse Bush, the Sales Consultant assigned for us. Jesse was able to quickly connect with us; He was able to answer every questions from our side on the Vehicle and on the Brand. He took as to a test drive Forester; A good overview was given. I got in. To my surprise, rather than using some street roads for test drive, he led us to a nearby test track managed by the city where many vehicle features can be directly tested out of the Forester. Test track had inclines, Rocky patches, Rock ways - and the Forester performed really well everywhere; So is Jesse, with his detailed directions, explanations, confidence! We checked the available premium trim color options and understood which colors are available. We left the dealership at around 8:30 PM saying we will come back the next day. In total, I went to the dealership to have a look at a forester, and left with the decision to buy one ASAP. I have been in some vicinity dealerships in the recent past for test drives; none took me to this test track though all dealership can use it:) Next day Jesse would start his shift only by 1:00 PM; I called him around 1:30 PM for a 6:00 PM Appointment on May 16th. By this time I decided that the color should be black - thanks to my son and wife back in India in approving the make, model and color. Jesse showed up with smiles; He had one black Forester Premium+ reserved for me. We took a look at it. I got it and we took it to the same test track as yesterday. Forester handled really well. Back to office. Quick round of some negotiations with Jesse going back and forth to the manager's cabin. He made sure that since we liked the Forester, Subaru does not lose a customer on some small number differences. We were able to quickly settle to a reasonable number. Jesse has a deal for Subaru! He handed me one key then itself. 15-20 minutes with Business Manager Tony; He explained the additional protection plans and guided me to chose what I want instead of pushing for everything. He was able to explain in real detail wherever I had confusions. Paper work is done and it was a nice experience. Thanks Tony. At round 9:15 PM we are outside the Dealership with the Black Forester sold to us! Shook hands with Jesse and let him go since it's already late. Overall, the experience was superb! Counting on the Subaru reliability and the dealership experience with Gerald Subaru for a great Subaru Forester ownership experience that's ahead! To Conclude... The Subaru Brand and the Forester Legacy glued me to this deal along with a good pricing as well as people like Marie and Tony with whom I interacted! But the true Differentiator is MR JESSE BUSH!!! He knows about the brand, about the Forester, about how to deal with customers ensuring 101 % customer satisfaction. I would any day give a score of 11 out of 10 to Jesse!!! He is exceptional and a great asset to GeralSubaru and Subaru as a brand! Thanks Jesse! More
