I know cause I talked to 2 others before Cyntia. When we arrived we whee assigned to Leo Lopez he deserves the same recognition as Cyntia because there was a problem with our trade .Because of his diligence the deal was consummated. HE knew how to handle the problem matter of our trade in working extremely hard also to make this deal come together with what we needed. Needless to say got to mention Nino McMorris a smart maanger who knows how to run deals at a dealership. Last but not least Anthony Mazany, he is not your normal sell you as much as he can dealership guy before you leave at the highest price. The dealership honored the price quoted through Costco Auto program and the entire car buying process was made easy and pain free. Kelly Thomas was our Sales Consultant and she was amazing right from the beginning through the end. She was very patient with us, took time to explain all the car features and kept us updated with the status of our car delivery regularly. We didn't feel pressured to make the deal at anytime and at the end, everything was exactly as explained to us up front with no last minute surprises.
