Gerald Kia of Naperville originally contacted me because I was looking for a new vehicle. They told me they had what I was looking for in transit and would be available by the 22nd. I put $1000 down to rese I was looking for a new vehicle. They told me they had what I was looking for in transit and would be available by the 22nd. I put $1000 down to reserve the vehicle. Anthony the manager then called us to let us know that the vehicle would be here the following day. The following day the vehicle did not arrive but the salesman had us do paperwork as it would be available for pickup the next day. They took my trade in vehicle into their ownership and would not let me leave with it. The vehicle never came. I demanded my vehicle and money back but they said that they had already sold my trade-in. They cut me a check for the difference. It is now weeks later and my vehicle is not paid off by the dealership, the finance company has taken another payment for it. The dealership keeps telling me that the check is in the mail but according to the finance company they have not heard from the dealership since the 13th of this month and the payoff amount originally given to them is no longer valid. I have never been cheated and stolen from by a business in this way. The entire time the manager has been rude, unethical, and absolutely dishonest. DO ANYTHING NOT TO PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS!
