I had a great experience at Gerald Kia! I basically knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and I was able to get that plus some for a great price. Michael was great to work with, as I was initially on my what I was looking for in a vehicle and I was able to get that plus some for a great price. Michael was great to work with, as I was initially on my lunch break and allowed me to leave my trade in and go back to work with the car I was looking into and come back once work was over. The financial department was great to work with as well. My husband and I knew what price we were willing to pay and they were able to give that to us. I love my new Optima and will gladly recommend anyone to shop at Gerald Kia for their new or used vehicle. I will also be back in the future!! Thank you! More

My husband and I had a great experience with Mike Gately. We were in town visiting my parents and my car had proven it was on its last legs. I called around to multiple KIA dealerships looking for a red Soul We were in town visiting my parents and my car had proven it was on its last legs. I called around to multiple KIA dealerships looking for a red Soul + at a good price. We were on a time crunch and I didn't want to drive all over town looking for the best deal. Mike was one of only 2 dealers, out of the 5 that I called, who gave me up front pricing information. When that price was significantly above a quote from another dealer, he spoke to the manager, came back and offered to "meet or beat" that lower price - and he did! He also worked hard to get us the car that we wanted - they didn't have the red plus at the dealership, so his manager asked his father-in-law to go pick the right car up and bring it to us. While we were waiting, Mike was friendly and helpful and didn't push any "extra special offers" or other pricing options on us. I am schmooze-proof and never once felt that familiar eye-rolling feeling I had gotten with other dealers. We also dealt with Mike from the very beginning, so it was nice to not have to keep re-explaining what we wanted to different sales people. It was a very busy Saturday, but Mike kept things as efficient as possible. When an accident on 55 caused the car to take a while to get to the dealership, Mike waited with us, made sure the car looked perfect, helped me clean out my old car, and drove to the nearby gas station with us to fill our new car up - postponing the far more fun activities we knew he had planned for the evening! All in all, a fantastic experience. More

My experience with John Smith at Gerald Kia was a great one! John took the time to hear what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in. He did not try to sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He had a great disposition. I also liked that other people came out to meet me and see to me and my daughters needs. This caused me to make a purchase that evening and I originally had not planned on buying anything that nite. I would return to Gerald Kia and I would ask for John again. More
When I purchased the car, I had just moved to the area and had been shopping for a vehicle for a few weeks. I went to CarMax, other dealerships, individuals, etc. and wasn't having any luck with finding and had been shopping for a vehicle for a few weeks. I was on the fence between buying a new used car, or a 'new' new car. Going into Kia, I didn't exactly have enthusiastic expectations. I was more than pleasantly surprised! I loved the Kia Soul. They had the exact model and color I wanted on the lot [so 'new' we had to peel the plastic wrap off the car to test drive it] John was wonderful to work with! He took my concerns to heart regarding safety, economy, and practicality of my choice of purchase. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful [and was able to laugh with my sense of humor and attitude, which admittedly is no easy task.] Most importantly, he wasn't the negatively stereotypical "cars salesman" I had been encountering everywhere else. Everywhere I go, people ask me about my Kia Soul. I have given about 10 impromptu mini-tours of my vehicle in random parking lots since my purchase, and I've told every one that has asked to go to Gerald Kia in Naperville. I'd give my experience and purchase satisfaction a 9.5 out of 10. You can't get a better deal for the price. Trust me, I've already looked. Go see John at Gerald Kia. You'll be glad you did! More
Michael was great, the whole process was smooth except for the finance part. No one wanted to talk about financing until we had agreed on a price and were shipped into the finance office. I was looking for a new suv, but I am very particular with the color and style of the vehicles that I drive. Michael had the patience and even did a 500 mile search for me to see where he could locate this vehicle for me. When it was virtually impossible to find this vehicle due to high demand, he and his boss worked it out for me to get an even bigger and better SUV at an affordable price that was within my budget! Not many dealerships or salesmen would go to bat for you like Michael did. In closing, I would like to say that I would absolutely recommend Michael Gately at Gerald Kia of Naperville to any and everyone (Family, Friends, Co-Workers,Non-Friends, etc!)I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Bought our Kia from Sandy and she was a pleasure to work with. At many other dealers we had the stereotypical high pressure salespeople, but Sandy was no pressure. We made several visits before deciding on the Sorento and we never felt like we were being rushed into a decision. We liked the model on the floor so Sandy suggested we take it home for the weekend to try it out. Drove off the showroom floor and when we returned it, Sandy just said "Thanks"; no high pressure sales pitch at the end. Best car buying experience I've had so far. As for the dealership, I was very happy with the price and the overall sales process. I've had the car in for maintenance once, and no complaints. Would recommend this dealer and specifically Sandy. More
