You Won't Go Wrong at Gerald Kia! I came here to purchase my first car after researching four or five different dealerships in the area. The customer service and deals offered at Gerald Kia were incomparable. I had a pretty good idea of what car I wanted to buy - a Kia Soul - and Quentin helped me to decide exactly what model and features I wanted in my new Soul. The first time I was there, he even stayed almost two hours after the dealership normally would close to go through the different options with me. He's enjoyable to talk to and spends the time to go through all of the details with you, answering questions along the way. I hadn't made a decision yet - and didn't plan on buying a car that night anyway - so I told Quentin that I was going to do some more research/price comparisons and that I would let him know the next week when I had made a decision. The nice thing was - he didn't call repeatedly and bother me like some other dealerships did. I called him the next week and told him I had made a decision and I wanted to come in to buy. Since Gerald Kia didn't have the exact model/feature/color combination I wanted in stock, I got a step up model for the same price we had negotiated to initially. Overall I got a GREAT deal, I'm happy with my new Soul, and I had a great experience at Gerald Kia! Thanks guys! More
