2015 Kia Optima "Optimus Prime" I just bought my very first car and I am SO happy it was with the Gerald Kia in Naperville! I was extremely impressed with the entire staff, especiall I just bought my very first car and I am SO happy it was with the Gerald Kia in Naperville! I was extremely impressed with the entire staff, especially Quentin "Q" Stanley, who actually remembered my dad and I from a year ago when I first started looking at vehicles! I knew when I bought a vehicle I wanted it to be with a dealership that didn't just see me as another person to get in and out of the door with a vehicle as fast as possible. Q spent a lot of time with me, making sure all of my questions were answered, and that I knew how to use my vehicle before I left (there are so many buttons!!). He even set up my Bluetooth for me, because I would have never figured that out on my own! I will DEFINITELY be referring my friends and family to Gerald Kia, and I am so looking forward to working with Q again in the future. Also, I am IN LOVE with my new car!!
