A deal was arrived at quickly and painlessly. No games, no pressure. I received a fair value for my trade in and purchase. Yasser in finance was also very helpful. So thrilled to share my experience! 100% recommend. Exhaustive search of 23 Chicagoland Kia dealerships for certified, used, silver, 1-owner Kia Soul. Thoroughly discouraged and disillusioned with 18 of Exhaustive search of 23 Chicagoland Kia dealerships for certified, used, silver, 1-owner Kia Soul. Thoroughly discouraged and disillusioned with 18 of those dealerships due to, among other things: (1) showing up for an appt to view vehicle, wasted 45 minutes as salesperson repeatedly told me the Soul was on site, salesperson subsequently told me 3 different "stories" of why car wasn't actually on site; (2) several dealerships having me drive 1.5 hrs to their locations only to tell me that a gray Kia Soul was actually "dark titanium" when I specified silver; (3) one manager taking over appt from salesperson (who was doing fine) and then said manager using the stereotypical "used car salesman" tactics of being extremely aggressive and pushy. BUT GERALD KIA NAPERVILLE, Quentin Stanley and Susan Gonnerman saved the day (and a Kia sale)! Quentin was always completely honest and straightforward and actually found me the most beautiful silver Kia Soul I've ever seen (after what I'm sure was substantial searching). Manager Susie was also helpful in listening to what I really wanted (the car!) and simply treated me respect. More
Excellent service! Helped us look at the different vehicles we were interested in and also helped us look at thre differences of them down to the small detail! Very good internet salesmanship/professional salespeople I contacted Gerald through their website via an internet salesperson (Melissa) to ultimately negotiate purchase of Kia Optima. Gerald's/Melissa's han I contacted Gerald through their website via an internet salesperson (Melissa) to ultimately negotiate purchase of Kia Optima. Gerald's/Melissa's handling of internet sales is very professional. Melissa teamed up with showroom salesperson (Lenny) to complete the sale for us (price was already negotiated on the vehicle we had selected). Lenny went above and beyond to see that a sale that required multiple transactions (buy and a sell) went seamlessly. That was a real concern for us. Kelly moved the paperwork along and we were done very quickly and on our way home. FYI - We contacted Melissa in August 2017 about a 2017 Forte, but decided to wait until this year to purchase (no desirable 2017's left in stock - slim pickings). Negotiated and selected a 2018 Kia Forte and met with Lenny to test drive and possibly purchase. We were a little disappointed with 2018 Forte's, and left w/o moving forward (to think things over). Within the week, we corresponded with Melissa, and then met with Lenny again to test drive/purchase a 2018 Kia Optima. Looking back - right decision, right dealership, great people... You should also know that we purchased our 2013 Kia Forte (a nice Forte for back then) from Gerald at their old location on Ogden avenue. More
Outstanding service all around I visited the Gerald Kia in Naperville to buy yet another Kia from them. I bought a 2018 Stinger, a car that up until I went to see them I thought wa I visited the Gerald Kia in Naperville to buy yet another Kia from them. I bought a 2018 Stinger, a car that up until I went to see them I thought was only a dream. The salesman, John Smith along with some input from Rob Elwin and even the General Manager, Anthony worked great together and made it happen. And more importantly they made fit my budget. This is my fourth car bought from them, I just keep upgrading. In addition My wife also drove away in a 2018 Forte and she couldn't be happier. We actually moved 2 hours west of Naperville but refused to deal with anyone else. It is worth the drive for me and I highly recommend them to anyone remotely in the area. If you want a vehicle these folks can help, the entire team was friendly, patient and everything a dealership should be. The entire process was fully explained and they answered my annoying numerous questions with honesty and respect. In my experience other dealerships quickly lose patience and often apply a subtle form of sales pressure... Not here. I was treated more-so like a friend as opposed to simply a customer. The whole experience was easy going and stress free. And salesman John Smith's conduct truly cannot be over stated, he was down to Earth and a straight shooter from the get go. He and his team managed to pull some magic and make both my wife and I happier than we actually thought possible. Thanks again to their general manager Anthony, he's got an amazing crew that work together perfectly in sync and in my opinion set the bar for what the car buying experience should be. More

Adrian was very patient and he understood what kind of car that I was looking for. He brought out my 2015 Kia Sportage and let me test drive it. Adrian didn’t pressure me to buy and he have me some time to think about if I wanted to make a purchase. After a couple of days... I finally purchased my vehicle that I always wanted. Gino, Sam and Yassir are wonderful. They worked with me to figure out a great deal!!! I’m so happy and overall thrilled that I decided to purchased a car from them. Absolutely Perfect! After attending the Chicago Auto Show, and researching car ratings and reviews online, we decided that we needed to get a closer look at a few of After attending the Chicago Auto Show, and researching car ratings and reviews online, we decided that we needed to get a closer look at a few of our top choices. When I walked into the Kia dealership, the reception desk summoned Quentin to assist me. I told him that I just wanted to walk around the lot looking at the colors and sizes of the two vehicles (Sorento and Sportage) we were deciding between. He directed me to the location of the two types of cars and left me alone. When I was ready to see one closer, he brought it up to the showroom door so I could get inside and get "the feel" of the Sportage. The general manager, Anthony, also came out to greet me and made me feel like I was important to his business and to be sure to get all my questions answered. A few days later, I brought my husband back and after both test driving on the test track with Quentin pointing out the great features of the car and answering our questions, Quentin and Sam, the sales manager, put together a bottom line price that perfectly fit our budget. We loved the car and were excited to make the purchase. Quentin has such a great personality. We were laughing and joking the entire time. We both shared personal stories, which made it feel like our friend, Quentin, was helping us through all of this. Since I hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2003 (mine had 180,000 miles on it), I was hoping that our car buying experience wouldn't be stressful. Quentin made sure that everything went very smoothly. Was greeted by Quentin and he was respectful of our desire to first look at the cars on our own. When we were ready to get some help, he spent a lot of time explaining all of the features and answering all of our questions. At no time did he put any pressure on us. He had a great personality, and made shopping very enjoyable. When it came time to get the price, we received a very fair deal right from the start, no stressful haggling. Since we liked the Kia SUV a little better than Honda, when we got a better price, it made the decision a no-brainer. They didn't have the color and option combination we wanted and Quentin quickly was able to locate one for us. Our car arrived the next day and we were able to complete the purchase. Signing all of the papers went smoothly, and again there wasn't a lot of pressure to buy add-on packages. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was very nice. Working with Quentin was especially a great experience and we would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and stress-free car-buying experience. More
