He didn't pressure me. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, is competent, straight up, and he earned my trust. We had bought several cars from Gerald Kia in the past but last summer’s purchase will be our last. After enduring 8 1/2 hours of a blathering salesman bragging about himself giving us contradictory or in but last summer’s purchase will be our last. After enduring 8 1/2 hours of a blathering salesman bragging about himself giving us contradictory or incorrect info, we FINALLY completed our purchase. It was absolutely excruciating. Furthermore, a friend of mine took his car in SIX WEEKS AGO and was not given a loaner. His car sits there STILL. My advice is go elsewhere. More

Took my 2020 Soul in to fix a grinding noise on my stop/start mechanism. Was told this is how it works. Pretty sure Kia is not going to make a car that grinds by design. But that was it.
