The entire process of purchasing a car is less than ideal to me in that you are expected to haggle back and forth with the sales staff and their managers as if it is a big game. Rather than sell cars like any other product, the customer has to try and get the lowest price while the dealership hopes to make the biggest profit. It was time for me to purchase another vehicle and because I'd had such a smooth and pleasant experience with Bobby Jones Ford in 1993, I was pleased to find that there was a vehicle which might be a fit for me there in 2011. Mr. Taylor was just as helpful in making this purchase as painless as possible. There was minimal negotiation as the price I needed was pretty much accepted, all efforts were made to make the car user-ready, and Mr. Taylor made my daughter and I feel as if we were not just customers, but neighbors. He continued to follow-up to make sure we were pleased with our purchase from time to time after it was completed, and I almost feel that even if we had not been able to come to an agreement, he would have been respectful and still showing interest and consideration in our well-being. I was truly disappointed that when the time came for me to purchase a car for my daughter, Bobby Jones did not have one to fit our budget because I would recommend Mr. Taylor and Bobby Jones Ford again.If I knew that this location would not send my Jeep off to the local Jeep dealership for its repairs , I would take my vehicle there for its service as well.
