Wow at the end of my day I came home with my New 2013 Ford Flex , so it was well worth my Saturday ! Mr. Al is The Best Sales Associate I've ever came in contact with in all my years of buying cars. He simply loves his profession and it shows up 100% when you enter his cubicle and he begins to work with his pen , computer and calculator. When I left his cubicle I felt certain that I would become a proud Ford owner. I also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Bo Stark another great Sales Associate , he took the time to program my car and give me a demonstration of all the technical features. He invited and greatly encouraged me to return if I have any questions on operational functions and features of my new car !
