My husband has been looking for a particular truck for some time. He found one online at Bobby Jones Ford Lincoln in Augusta, GA. It looked perfect. He called and spoke to Mr. Martin Taylor. With only two calls Mr. Taylor had answered every question and gotten us a very fair price. We were on our way. Mr. Taylor said he would have it cleaned and serviced by the time we arrived. It sparkled! Mr. Taylor had also driven it before we arrived. He knew how it handled and was able to point out various features as we took a test drive. This is very helpful when you are trying to absorb a lot of information in a short time frame. You only have to speak to Mr. Taylor to realize that he is a sincerely kind and friendly gentleman. I truly believe he is committed to providing each customer with the best service possible. We were very fortunate that a reputable dealership, Bobby Jones Ford Lincoln had the vehicle we were looking for and a very competent salesman, Mr. Martin Taylor. Although I am partial to Mr. Taylor, we were welcomed and helped by several other employees who were also very professional and courteous in every way. More

David Kitchens is surely one of the best salesman we have ever had, very knowledgeable about the Lincoln and took his time to make sure we drove and understood the difference in each car we drove. Drove by dealership at night and happen to see a truck we were interested in parked by the road. We pulled into the dealership and unfortunately it was closed but Mark was still there and ask us to come bac were interested in parked by the road.
