This is not the first vehicle we have purchased from Bobby Jones Ford. For this purchase, we already had an idea from the website which vehicle we were interested in. Martin was an outstanding salesperson to work with. He treated my wife and I with kindness and was willing to help us in any way to complete the sale. Martin explained everything to her, took her for the test drive and facilitated her taking the van home overnight to show me. When we came the next day to complete the sale, everything was ready to go. We always felt Martin was upfront in his presentation and had no worries purchasing this large vehicle. JR did a fantastic job helping to complete the sale and I appreciate the ease at which we were able to trade in our old CRV and complete the purchase. Well let me start by saying I LOVE my new Lincoln MKX. Well let me start by saying I LOVE my new Lincoln MKX. Today I purchased my 8th car in my 30 years of driving. I have never once done the car buying or been to a dealership by myself until today. I was a nervous mess. My husband did do the front end phone work, we knew what we wanted and I drove 89 miles to get my car. Still this did not ease my senses. I arrived at 1:30 and was cheerfully greeted by Lou Smalls who took very good care of me. He showed me my car, worked up the paperwork and everything was as promised. I then meet JR who got me thru financing with no pressure or surprises. Relief. Then I meet Antonio who was the guy who drew the short straw...you see he had the unfortunate job to try and explain to me, a technology dunce, how my new awesome machine full of technology worked. He was awesome and thank goodness had a great sense of humor. I was on the road back home by 3:30. Most of my time was spent with Antonio :) He also left me with the reassurance that if I needed any help he could walk me thru it over the phone. Everyone I encountered at Bobby Jones was friendly, helpful and most important they had integrity. Lou has been there over 27 years, Antonio and Jay drive from the Columbia area to work everyday. This tells me that Bobby Jones is not only a place where you can have a great car buying experience it is also a great place to work. More
