I received numerous pictures and info on the the 2012 Ford Escape I wanted for myself as my new "empty nest cool 49 year old chick" car. I was particularly impressed with a salesman at the Bobby Jones Ford Dealership in Augusta,GA. His name is John Bowers. He must have sent me 15 text messages ,10 emails with pictures and calls to make sure I received each of them. He was NEVER pushy and only wanted me to be 100 % satisfied in my search. I FINALLY gave in and went to test drive the cute red Escape with low mileage he found and meet this fella. He was 10x better in person with his knowledge of the vehicle and honesty about how he truly believed he could find the perfect car for me. Well, with the help of his manager-Jessie Strickland and finance adviser, Kirk Doolittle -THEY DID IT ! They found me a car I just love ..and now my 22 and 24 year old daughters think I am pretty cool, my husband loves it too and is proud of the new independent me . Comfort when driving made the difference. I went in intending to buy a new MKZ but on test driving the car found the headrest was uncomfortable on my neck.
