Unexpected When I left home this Saturday I really didn't expect to find anything on my first day car hunting. Bobby Jones Ford was actually only the second car When I left home this Saturday I really didn't expect to find anything on my first day car hunting. Bobby Jones Ford was actually only the second car lot I had went to. I really wasn't expecting to find anything I could afford but my friend that was with me said lets check it out. I reluctantly got out the car all the while thinking this is totally out of my price range but .... lets see. The first vehicle I saw was a ford escape and I thought it looked really sporty but I can't afford this. I liked the mileage immediately it was a 2008 with 57,000 miles and I just knew it wasn't in my price range. I was wrong!!! It was right in my price range and I met Bobby Mixon he was a big help. I was expecting to get some shifty eyed guy but I didn't he was genuine, down to earth, and a big help he made me feel really comfortable. I would recommend anyone who is looking to go there It was a great experience and very unexpected. Thank you Bobby Jones Ford and especially to Bobby Mixon stay genuine and don't change. More

Best new car purchase experience!!!! I was really overwhelmed with purchasing a new car. I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a while and had shopped around at several other deal I was really overwhelmed with purchasing a new car. I had been looking to trade in my vehicle for a while and had shopped around at several other dealerships. The sales people didn't car about my wants or needs in a vehicle, instead they were more concerned with pushing me into a car that I didn't want and filling a quota. I went to Bobby Jones Ford and met with Mark Deraney. I voiced what I was looking for, my price range, likes and dislikes in a car and he LISTENED to me. Mark dedicated so much of his time to me to make sure that I was going to be happy with my purchase and to get me the best possible deal. At no point did I feel pressured or like I didn't have options, like I had from other dealerships. Mark & JR Shelnutt worked so hard to get me into a great, brand new, off the showroom floor vehicle. I absolutely love my 2014 Ford Focus and I'm so grateful for such an amazing salesman who gave me, what I consider, the best, no stress, car buying experience! I was helped by Lou Smalls, Salesman, who took me for the test drive, answered all my questions satisfactorily, with no hype or sales pressure. He explained all the paper work and guided me through it. Lou also took me to the service department and introduced me to the service personnel and gave me a short tour. He gave me a very good trade in price for my 2003 Focus Station Wagon and the Financial Manager (can't remember his name) went online and got the best interest rate from several banks, guided me through the process and I drove my new 2014 Focus SE home.
