Each time I am in Gerald Jones for Service, my Advisor, Shannon proves why she is a Level 4 (BEST in the country) Advisor. Ford needs to have her train other Advisors. When she tells you when your vehicle will be ready, it is ready. if there should be a hangup she is right on it, which tells me she also has a great working relationship with the techs.
