I had an amazing experience with the Gerald Ford Body Shop! George took great care of the hood of my car. George and the service technician, Tom (I believe was his name) were able to fix the hood of my Shop! George took great care of the hood of my car. George and the service technician, Tom (I believe was his name) were able to fix the hood of my car and the hinge problem; they did it quickly and with expertise. Also, George touched up the paint on the problem area as well! I bought my first car a few months ago and was nervous about taking it into the body shop. These two made my first experience GREAT. Hopefully won’t need to see them again, but, if I have to I’ll be coming to this body shop at Gerald Ford! Thank you for all the help! More
Great experience with Body Shop and Staff George Babbitt and Raquel Velazquez were very accommodating and excellent in repair of my 2018 Sonata. I have had a few terrible experiences here. Most recently I brought my 2015 escape in for an oil change. I asked for the works package which basically includes tire rotation. We can talk about this later. So to remove my tires you need the key. I leave the key in my console for the service guys to use. Don't ask me why they don't have some sort of master key. Moving on.... I pick my car up and get all the way home and notice my key is not where I left it. After calling and talking to who ever answers the phone they cant find my key.. mind you this is right after the holiday fifth of July. Now I have to make time to go back up there.. I'm guessing they will have a master key to install new lugs on my car. The only reason I have the wheel locks in the first place is because either Ford makes a defective lug or the service department overtighten my lugs... to the point when I tried to do my brakes everyone of them was stripped or rounded. Also my escape which I bought bransd new. The transmission went out on my car at 66000 miles.. between Ford having such crappy cars and incompetent service department. I am officially done with Ford and this dealrship.. btw this is my first ever rant anywhere on social media.. normally I don't say anything. But Ford and this particular dealership and service department are freaking terrible if I could give less than one star I would. Sincerely a former life long Ford guy. More
