I came in for a service and was assisted by Thomas. He was so kind and funny!! I came in with my feral toddler. Luckily he was given snacks and was quiet. I acted as if I didn’t come in with a kid and he was in a complete stay of shock!!! Thomas just stood motionless and confused stating “I SWORE YOU CAME IN WITH A CUTE LITTLW BABY” by this time I told Thomas I did come in with a baby but was picked up by my husband half way through my service! I've had at least on instance where I needed something done rather quickly to prep for an out of town trip and they worked with me to get it done. My truck also gets a nice bath on maintenance day!
