I was mostly okay, but downgrade because I was handed a 2nd key fob that did not work. This should not happen on a certified vehicle and hope no other buyer has to deal with getting this situation correcte 2nd key fob that did not work. I spent at least 2 hours one day getting the problem fixed and then had to leave the vehicle with service a secongad day while the key fob was reprogrammed. Just not acceptable! More

I had been bringing my cars here for 10+ years, but this will be the last time. The prices quoted were outrageous for parts. A quick internet search found the same parts for 1/3 the cost online. Dealership wouldn't price match or let me order online, and they used to. They also quoted a $25 "Shop Supplies" fee on every line item repair on the quote. I had 6 line items, and yes, $150 in "Shop supplies" they would not remove. That's a lot of rags! There was no urgency to resolve, no desire to compromise, and they let my battery die while the car sat there. Had been a loyal customer for years but apparently they don't need my business anymore.
