Great sales experience. No pressure just straight talk. It’s our second car purchase from them. Our Tiguan was 11 years old and it was just time to move on from it. Purchase No pressure just straight talk. It’s our second car purchase from them. Our Tiguan was 11 years old and it was just time to move on from it. Purchased a 2024 Taos and my wife is thrilled with it. They do business the old fashioned way here. You’re treated more like a guest in their house than someone buying a car. I wouldn’t buy a VW anywhere else. Nothing not to like about this place. More

‘Why did you buy a Volkswagen? ' asked a friend familiar with my history of owning a Volvo. In fact, I currently own a 2021 Volvo XC 60 and have owned four previously. The answer is ' asked a friend familiar with my history of owning a Volvo. In fact, I currently own a 2021 Volvo XC 60 and have owned four previously. The answer is I changed because the Volvo dealership had changed. In May, my wife and I decided to purchase a second vehicle, preferable something with a 3rd row. We approached our volvo dealership but the manager seemed far more concerned with gouging for short term profit than maintaining a long-term customer relationship. The interaction led me to first consider then eventually purchase a Volkswagen. I pulled into Gensinger Volkswagen on a Saturday morning. A casually dressed man waved at me as he crossed the lot. He didn’t approach me which was great because I don’t like aggressive. A grey Atlas SEL V6 caught my eye. The MSRP print was $54,000 but I figured the dealer would add a $10K premium above the MSRP. When I entered the dealership showroom I was surprised because it was more family than flashy and the salesman--David Silvester, (who reminds me of a mature Bobby Vee) said the MSRP price ($54,000) was indeed the price (+ taxes and fees). He suggested I bring my wife in for a test drive. When we returned on Monday, the model had been sold but there was a showroom model that was set up for us to test drive. While we were waiting, an older man who had purchased the grey Atlas was at the dealership picking up his vehicle. He offered us his car to test. Then he said he owned the dealership. I thought he was joking. He was Ken Gensinger and he does own the dealership. It was hilarious and probably helped us seal the deal. Overall, a very good experience. As always, don’t ever change. I now have a new dealership and new go to person. Thank you Aika!!!! More

My car is worse now, after the service, than before I dropped it off. And so is my wallet. Brought my car in for an oil change on Thursday. They let me know that I needed additional repairs (although dropped it off. And so is my wallet. Brought my car in for an oil change on Thursday. They let me know that I needed additional repairs (although the car didn’t have any alerts about it) and explained the pricing to me as $50 for this $50 for that. When I went to pick up my car I thought it would be around $300. Nope. It was $700 and not only that, I have to return next week for additional repairs they insisted I needed that are an additional $700. I came in for an $100 oil change and am leaving with a $1400 bill? That was Thursday. FRIDAY MY CAR DOES NOT START. This has literally NEVER happened before. Now the dashboard screen has not one but 4 alerts of issues the car is having. I feel they are looking to make money off you—they make it sound cheaper than it is (so you agree) until you are charged at the end and I have no clue what they did to my car. they don’t seem to give a crap about the actual servicing and/or doing what is right for the customer and car. Level of disappointment is beyond words, after 14 years of purchasing cars from the same salesperson now retired I was treated like a simple walk in. Our sales person Aika Chaundhary made no effort to accommodate our request for the features we were looking for. Instead it started with a stripped down version of a Jetta even after we expressed what we were looking for and gradually increased but never what we asked for in the car. Aika told us there was shortage of the one we were looking for and was not in there stock, and she was unsure if she could find one. After we told her we would try another dealer two miraculously appeared on there lot ( thank god for miracles). After 14 years of loyalty and over an hour and half of trying to get the car we wanted with reasonable terms, we felt at the very least they could have given us the extra coverage ($20.00) a month with the car. Instead we were given our walking papers. Joanne M Dion C More
The service guys are always super nice at the counter. I never get overcharged for random things. I few times they have thrown things in free of charge. They have squeezed me in on Saturdays more than once never get overcharged for random things. I few times they have thrown things in free of charge. They have squeezed me in on Saturdays more than once which is really so kind. They have a great waiting room with water, coffee etc. Honestly, we moved away but I go out of my way to go back to them for the service because its that good. Nothing much ever goes wrong with my Jetta but Gensinger is a terrific place to get service. I have had great experiences there. More
