Great Service as always I took my Subaru Forester to Center Subaru. I had purchased the car in 2016 and to date, the service has always been really great. I had 4 recalls and was due for an oil change. I had a 10:00 appt. Drove right into the bay, went inside and was greeted by Ralph M. Very courteous, took all my info promptly and I was out the door in a rental. Ralph showed the basics of the rental answered the questions I had and off I went. All work done and I picked up by 3:30ish. Ralph went over paper work , explaining what had been done, very knowledgeable. I only dealt with Liza over the phone, but she was always kind and helpful in setting up and cancelling appointments. Both Ralph and Liza very professional. It’s refreshing to see people who take pride in what they do and seem happy doing it. More

I tried to get my car in to Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield , where I purchased it ,and they couldn’t see the car for three weeks. Center saw me within a week and gave me a loaner for a few hours, took care of t where I purchased it ,and they couldn’t see the car for three weeks.
