Exemplary Service! Xylina Soto went above and beyond for my recall service date. First of all, I arrived on the wrong date and yet I was accommodated to get the recall Xylina Soto went above and beyond for my recall service date. First of all, I arrived on the wrong date and yet I was accommodated to get the recall taken care of yesterday instead of next Monday. There was hand sanitizer at her station. People practiced social distancing when checking in. She also asked if there were any other issues in addition to the recall. I had three minor issues that were addressed by Service and one which was actually taken care of by her. Xylina went to my car with me and showed me the solution. In addition she accompanied me to a beautiful loaner vehicle...a Forester much like my own, but with some features my 2018 Forester did not have. She explained to me what I needed to know......even adjusted the seat and steering wheel after I was seated!! The steering wheel even had a protective plastic cover! I was called by her when my car was ready to be picked up and she escorted me to my car in the lot. And this was all done with a smile and genuine concern for her customer!! Thank you, Xylina!! More
