2012 Outback in for ANOTHER recall Took car in for an airbag recall. Had 7 AM appt that was set-up 2 weeks ahead of time! Wasn't ready til 3 after I finally called! Recall notice said Took car in for an airbag recall. Had 7 AM appt that was set-up 2 weeks ahead of time! Wasn't ready til 3 after I finally called! Recall notice said 1-4 hours. Many excuses why! BULL! Not going back ever. This is the FOURTH Subaru this family has purchased from Center Subaru over many years. No loyalty/priority to a long time customer. Service Advisor told me a 7 AM appt. doesn't mean it will get priority because other customers might come in, delaying your PRE-ARRANGED appt. Would they make more $$ taking that other car ahead of your recall?? I assume so. If you have a pre-arranged appt. with a professional office, etc., it means AT THAT TIME! Good-bye Center Subaru! Just sorry our excellent salesman Joe retired so I couldn't see him. More
