I requested a loaner car which was arranged for the day I dropped off. I was greeted by Xylina Soto who had the loaner ready and checked my car in. She was warm, friendly and inviting. I felt welcome and not just another customer. She also gave me a coupon for a free car wash since the day was rainy. The loaner car was a low mileage 2020 and not some older vehicle I've gotten as a loaner at other dealerships. Another great experience at the dealership. More
