He went out of his way to find the color I wanted quickly, and he helped with making the transition to the new car (including plates, roof rack, synching up phones and garage door opener.) He's followed up with me about how it's working out, an experience I've not had with any other dealership or salesperson. He also was honest with me about what Subaru should have told me about maintaining the turbo in my previous car -- which had suddenly broken and ruined my engine and the trade-in value of my car. I would recommend Joe as a salesperson to my best friend. More

George Coates even came in on his day off to accommodate the sale of the Ford!! Kit, the finance person, is awesome too...great personality and knowledgeable too. Neither of us felt pressured, everything was above board, and when we got down to discussing financing, everyone worked with both of us to get our payments where we wanted them to be, even to the point of a pleasant surprise when the monthly payment was lower than we originally thought it would be.
