Formally working at a Toyota dealer as a service manager I am familiar with how a dealer works. Center Subaru hides nothing and takes care of you. There is no pressure and they are knowledgeable and friendly. The car was spot delivered and was impeccable. The vehicle itself is a joy; well built, efficient and comfortable. We are in awe of it's MPG which Mike did not overstate; VERY important to us. I would highly recommend Center Subaru for any of your vehicular needs. More

Tracy Breen is amazing and one of the best people that one could hope to find in purchasing a car. Professional, kind, diplomatic, and personable are just a few of the words I would use to describe him. Do yourself a favor and ask for him and you will know exactly what I mean and what buying a car is all about. Andy and Miles are part of the leadership team and I find it somewhat amusing to say leadership when talking about buying a car however, it is very true and something you don't expect to find. I would be neglectful if I didn't mention John Cersoli in the service department as he is / was the individual that created the brand loyalty. This dealership is one that you should go out of your way to visit if you are buying a car. In fact if you don't I promise you that you are not getting the full red carpet treatment. Jim P More
Great car buying experience I saw the car that I was looking for online. I called the dealership and they eMailed me a price quote that was lower than I expected. When I arrive I saw the car that I was looking for online. I called the dealership and they eMailed me a price quote that was lower than I expected. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car (by the way, they picked me up at my home and drove me to the dealership) everything was in order and ready to sign the papers. Joe walked me through the car and explained how everything worked and also explained that he as well as the entire dealership were always available if I ever had any questions or concerns about my car. This is my first Subaru and my first experience with this dealership. This car dealership makes car buying an enjoyable experience. When I am ready to get another Subaru, I will only go to Center Subaru in Torrington, Ct. More

These people are the BEST I bought my first Subaru from Center Subaru December of 2012 (a 2012 Legacy). I've had all of my service appointments performed at Center Subaru. Su I bought my first Subaru from Center Subaru December of 2012 (a 2012 Legacy). I've had all of my service appointments performed at Center Subaru. Sunday I stopped in to buy my second Subaru (a 2015 Crosstrek) from them so that I could hand the Legacy down to my son. When I bought the Legacy my credit was just darned crummy. They did not have an easy time finding anyone willing to finance me, but they did get the lienholder of my then-current vehicle to agree to another loan, and Center Subaru even got them to lower the interest rate they were charging me. No one ever made me feel bad about it, no one ever made me feel guilty for them spending so much time trying to get my loan through. It actually didn't even take long. My salesman (Frank) was so incredibly nice.. And the finance manager (Chuck) was awesome. GoodNESS that man was efficient! I had all of my maintenance appointments taken care of at Center. I never had anything wrong with the car (of course not...it's a Subaru!), so I can only speak to regular maintenance appointments, but every single appointment was performed in a very timely manner, every service team member I dealt with was friendly and efficient and helpful. When it came time for my first expensive service appointment they actually warned me ahead of time that it was going to cost me about $500 - something I very much appreciated since I never paid for service on a credit card (which they actually noticed and paid attention to). So when it came time to add another vehicle to the family, it was a no-brainer to go back to Center Subaru. I walked in on Sunday (when not all lending companies are available, and when no DMV is open to take care of registration) and drove home Monday in my AWESOME new Crosstrek! I don't think I spent more than 90 minutes there on Sunday, but everyone had all the information we each needed to accomplish what we each needed to accomplish on Monday in order for me to take delivery of my new car at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. During my visit on Sunday, by the way, I had the true pleasure of dealing with the very same finance manager (Chuck) I'd dealt with the last time, who actually remembered me. I mean, for REAL actually remembered me. Not vaguely, not kinda sorta, but truly remembered me. When I picked up my car on Monday, Frank (my original salesman, the one who got me into the Legacy) was there waiting for me. Since I'm a repeat customer, even though Frank wasn't the one there on Sunday, he still gets the credit for this car sale too, which to me is very important because it's largely because of how wonderful he was the first time around that I returned there this time around. Which Center Subaru obviously realizes too.. So not only do their customers matter to them, but their employees matter to them too. That doesn't happen very often in the car business. An awful lot of places have revolving doors when it comes to sales staff. I got a fantastic deal on the Crosstrek that I picked. The one I liked was the demo model so they gave me a more than fair price because it already had some miles on it. Not even remotely a lot as far as I'm concerned. Certainly not enough that I expected them to give me any kind of discount. I got an INCREDIBLE interest rate, thanks entirely to the best darned finance manager ever (who else but Chuck)! Who also got me in and out of his office in under 30 minutes on Monday. Miraculous considering the amount of paperwork there is to sign when buying a new car! Subaru's are great cars. And Center Subaru employs a LOT of great people! More
