First spoke with Mike over the phone and we were impressed enough to drive from West Hartford to Torrington. Mike couldn't have been more pleasant or easier to work with. We never felt any pressure to buy ... and once we made our decision after the test drive ... there was no pressure to buy any upgrades. They took our ten year old van in trade, gave us a loaner to use for a few days while they installed the tow package. From start to finish ... even the paperwork, insurance, payment, etc ... was a breeze. Everyone we dealt with was great! We would highly recommend Center Subaru to anyone looking for a car. I assumed I would have to drive my 10 year old Toyota, Rav4, into the ground. As luck would have it, I was awarded a lump sum settlement which would enable me to purchase a vehicle and I began to do my homework. I was looking for a car which provided safety, reliability, style, and a few luxuries. Color was important and I believed this opportunity would be my last opportunity to purchase a new car; I wanted what I wanted. Subaru caught my eye and I also test drove a number of different cars from various dealerships besides Subaru. When I came to Center Subaru I encountered Frank Marchion. Right from the get-go Frank appeared to be "real" and down-to-earth, not at all my rather shallow stereotypical view of car salespersons. Frank's patience with me was unending. I test drove cars, and then re-test drove cars. I brought my son in who also test drove and re-test drove the same cars. The perfect car was sitting on the lot all along. It was a Subaru Legacy Limited and it was the right color. To my delight, it provided luxuries I had not even considered and the price was right. Through the whole process his sidekick Chris Miiller provided a youthful perspective. I also found Chris to be "real". I have never been one to really enjoy driving. That has all changed. I'm still learning about Sarah, (the name I have given my car) and I am so impressed by the way it handles and the technology I had no idea even existed. The purchase of this car should be covered under health insurance. I suffer from back issues and no matter how my back is feeling, it always feels better once I turn on the heated seat with lumbar support. Music is important to me, particularly jazz music. As there are no radio stations in the area that play jazz, I am enjoying Sirious Radio tremendously. What a joy! Do you need something from the store? It's in the next state, you say? I'm your girl! Excellent experience with Joe Kolosky I started out ordering a Subaru Impreza sport. Joe had the car being delivered with everything I wanted and gave me a loaner Subaru Outback for a wee I started out ordering a Subaru Impreza sport. Joe had the car being delivered with everything I wanted and gave me a loaner Subaru Outback for a week until my car came in. During that week I decided the Impreza would be too low to the ground for me. When he called to say my car was in I told him I didn't want it. I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek instead. He was able to find me the perfect Crosstrek. The Crosstrek happened to be on the lot, but Joe went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I absolutely love the Crosstrek. It's the perfect vehicle for me. More
